After implementation of the COA on electronic format, the user and/or eCOA company will generate form captures (screenshots) as displayed on the approved modality.

Reviewed by Mapi/ICON to check that they are consistent with the instructions provided in the e-COA e-Booklet.
Corrections that may be needed will be reported to the user and/or eCOA Company.
Screenshots after correction will be generated for another round of review by Mapi/ICON until all screenshots are approved.
MRT will submit the screenshots of the original version to the author/copyright holder for final approval if applicable.
If no further corrections are needed, MRT will report this to the client, and deliver a screenshots review certificate per COA and per device.
