For-profit companies shall pay the University of Kansas Medical Center Research Institute, Inc. a US$ 3,500 one-time per study fee for the use of the questionnaire and its translations.
The invoice will be directly sent to the user by the University of Kansas Medical Center Research Institute, Inc., according to the information mentioned in the user agreement.

carre6 Distribution fee is requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:

  1. In not-funded academic research (1) and individual clinical practice: free of charge
  2. In funded academic research (2) : 300 €* per study + 50 €* per language version requested.
  3. In commercial studies (3): 600 €* + 250 €*  per language version requested.


* excluding VAT

(1) Not funded academic research: if the project is not explicitly funded, but funding comes from overall departmental funds or from the University or individual funds then fees are waived.

(2) Funded academic research: projects receiving funding from commerce, government, EU should anticipate paying the corresponding fees.

(3) Commercial studies (industry, CRO, any for-profit companies).
