Academic and Clinical License:
The CCQ is free for academic and clinical use and can be obtained on the CCQ website.
Industry and Commercial License:
The use of the CCQ for industry sponsored research and other commercial uses is licensed by MAPI Research Trust on behalf of the Author.
It is subject to the following specific conditions :
User Agreement:
User is required to complete and sign a User Agreement in which specific conditions required by the Author are detailed.
Access fees:
Author's royalty fees:
- In academic research and individual clinical practice: free of charge
- For industry sponsored research and other commercial uses: 500 €* per protocol/application and per language-version requested.
Other specific conditions requested by the Author are detailed in the User Agreement.
Distribution fees:
For industry sponsored research and other commercial uses: 600 €* per study + an additional 250 €* per language-version requested.
These fees are payable to Mapi Research Trust.

Conditions to translate:
The CCQ has already been translated into various languages. Please visit the CCQ website for the list of available translations or contact MAPI Research Trust.
Performing new translations:
Commercial and/or international studies:
For the production of new translations to be used in commercial studies, each translation shall be coordinated by MAPI Institute.
Academic translations / Not funded Research and Evaluation studies:
CCQ translation guidelines will be provided to allow academics and clinicians to use the CCQ in their institution.
