Authors' royalty fees:
Authors' royalty fees are requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:
- In academic research and individual clinical practice: free of charge
- In commercial studies (1) involving "for-profit" organizations and academic studies funded by commercial companies: 2,000 Euros per protocol/application plus an administrative fee of 2 euros per each administration/ reproduction of the measure
Other specific conditions requested by the Authors are detailed in the User Agreement.
Distribution fees
Distribution fees are requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:
- In academic research and individual clinical practice: free of charge
- In commercial studies (1) involving "for-profit" organizations and academic studies funded by commercial companies: 1000 €* per study + 150 € per language version.
