2. Access fees:
Author's royalty fees: The use of the MOS-HIV in commercial studies (1) is subject to the Author's royalty fees, of an amount of 5,000 € * per protocol/application.
Other specific conditions requested by the Author are detailed in the User Agreement.
Distribution fees are requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:
- In academic research and individual clinical practice: : free of charge
- In commercial studies involving "for-profit" organizations (1): 1,000 € * per study plus an additional 150 €* per language version requested.
