PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index)

Objective:
- To provide a reliable, valid, and standardized measure of sleep quality
- To discriminate between "good" and "poor" sleepers
- To provide an index that is easy for subjects to use and for clinicians and researchers to interpret
- To provide a brief, clinically useful assessment of a variety of sleep disturbances that might affect sleep quality

Then, to obtain translations, User is required to complete and sign a User Agreement with Mapi Research Trust in which specific conditions requested by the Authors are detailed.


2. Access fees:

carre6 Distribution fees are requested by Mapi Research Trust according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:

  1. In academic research (1)(2) and individual clinical practice: free of charge
  2. In commercial studies (3) involving "for-profit" organizations:  400 €* per language version requested.


* excluding VAT

(1) Not funded academic research: if the project is not explicitly funded, but funding comes from overall departmental funds or from the University or individual funds then fees are waived.

(2) Funded academic research: projects receiving funding from commerce, government, EU should anticipate paying the corresponding fees.

(3) Commercial studies (industry, CRO, any for-profit companies).
