Authors' royalty fees are requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:

- In academic research and individual clinical practice: free of charge

- In commercial studies (1) involving "for-profit" organizations and academic studies funded by commercial companies: 2,000 €* per protocol/application plus an administrative fee of 2 €* per each administration/ reproduction of the measure

Other specific conditions requested by the Authors are detailed in the User Agreement.


Distribution fees:

Distribution fees are requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:

- In academic research and individual clinical practice: free of charge

- In commercial studies (1) involving "for-profit" organizations and academic studies funded by commercial companies: 1200 €* per study + 250 €* per language version.
