NEMOQC (New Mother Quality of Care questionnaire)

To assess the patient satisfaction with the quality of maternity care (antenatal, delivery, and postpartum care).

Conditions of use:

1. User-Agreement:

Existing translations (developed in Italian for Switzerland, linguistically validated in UK English): User is required to complete and sign a ‘User Agreement' in which specific conditions required by the copyright owner are detailed.

New translation(s): in addition to the User Agreement, User is required to complete and sign a "Translation Agreement".

2. Access fees:

Author's royalty fee : the use of NEMOQC in commercial studies is subject to Author's royalties fees, of an amount 500 US$ per study and per language version requested.

Distribution fees is requested according to the study design and context of use of the questionnaire:

Access is free of charge in the framework of not-funded academic research (1) and individual clinical practice,
Access to NEMOQC for a use in funded academic research (2) is subject to a distribution fee payable to MAPI Research Trust, of an amount of 250 (two hundred and fifty) Euro* per study plus an additional 20 (twenty) Euro per language version requested.
Access to the NEMOQC for a use in commercial studies (3) involving "for-profit" organizations is subject to a distribution fee payable to MAPI Research Trust , of an amount of 400 (four hundred) Euro* per study plus an additional 50 (fifty) Euro per language version requested.

* excluding VAT

(1) Not funded academic research: if the project is not explicitly funded, but funding comes from overall departmental funds or from the University or individual funds then fees are waived.

(2) Funded academic research: projects receiving funding from commerce, government, EU should anticipate paying the corresponding fees.

(3) Commercial studies (industry, CRO, any for-profit companies)
